About the Viewing Parties

This year’s World Cup is an opportunity to bring the community together to share in our common love of soccer. An opportunity to break down social and cultural barriers off the field.

At Nunez Law Firm, we love soccer. That’s why we’re again sponsoring the FIFA World Cup™ in Arizona.

The 2022 FIFA World Cup™ in Qatar is the 22nd edition of the single biggest tournament for the single biggest sport on the planet.

The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 is nearly here, and for the first time since the tournament’s inauguration in 1930, it will kick off in the winter instead of the summer and will first be played in the Arab world. All 32 teams will hope to secure a spot in the Final on Dec. 18, but first, they’ll have to carve a path in the group stage matches, which will start Nov. 20.

Eight stadiums will host the event across five cities in Qatar: Lusail, Al Khor, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, and Doha.

The World Cup in Qatar will feature 32 teams before the field expands to 48 teams for the 2026 World Cup. The FIFA men’s World Cup has featured 32 teams for the last six editions, since France 1998.
